How do you ensure the privacy of my order?
We prioritize your privacy by using plain, unmarked cardboard boxes with a neutral return address. There are no logos or mentions of 'smoke shop' on the outside of the package.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer secure checkout options via encrypted payment gateways to ensure your data is protected.
What is your return policy for glass items?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been used.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Prism Smoke Shop ships within the United States and to select international territories. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and local regulations.
What should I do if my item arrives broken?
Glass happens! If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the broken item and the packaging, then contact our support team within 48 hours for a free replacement.
Is an ID verification required for purchase?
Yes, in compliance with federal and state laws, all customers must be 21 years of age or older. We use a secure age-verification system at checkout to confirm eligibility.
